This report constitutes the deliverables required under Exhibit 1, Water Year 2007 (WY07) of the Colorado River Basin cloud seeding agreements executed March 21, 2007. Exhibit 1 describes activities that were to be performed in WY07. The three Lower Basin States provided $57,000 of which $40,500 was spent. The contract calls for deliverables for each activity performed this year.
