Description
The arid and semi-arid west must utilize its total water resources and promote water conservation in order to meet the ever increasing demand. Artificial recharge is defined as the augmentation of the natural infiltration of surface water into underground formations by some method of construction, spreading of water, or by artificially changing natural conditions.
